Privacy & Return Policy

AFTL (AFTL Technology Sdn. Bhd.) provides products and services to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available.

By submitting an online order form, or online contact form, or by using AFTL's product & service, Customer hereby agrees to the following Privacy & Return Policy. Customer agrees that it shall comply with this Privacy & Return Policy. In this document, the word "Agreement," with a capital "A," refers to this Privacy & Return Policy collectively.

 

1. Commitment to Your Privacy.

1.a. In the course of serving its customers, we acquire, store and transmit our customer communications and information. Some of this information - such as the customer's name, address, telephone number, e-mail, NRIC number and credit card details if paying by credit card, is provided by customers in order to establish service or product. We believe that the confidentiality and security of information is one of our fundamental responsibilities, therefore we will respect the information they have shared with us and we will not disclose, rent or sell them to third parties.

1.b. All credit card payments are processed securely through the PayPal Website Payment Pro, integrated with WHMCS Shopping Cart. AFTL does not store any credit card information on our servers.

1.c. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. You will need cookies enabled to use the AFTL Client Centre Portal.

 

2. Testimonial Agreement.

By submitting your testimonial via our online contact form, you agree that AFTL can publish your testimonial on our websites. If we use your success story on one of our websites we will only disclose your name. You can contact us at any time if you would like us to remove it for any reason.

 

3. Third Party Sites.

AFTL websites may contain links to sites that belong to third parties unrelated to AFTL. These sites have separate data and privacy practices independent of AFTL, and we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions.

 

4. Delivery Policy.

Orders placed and paid before midday (12:00 noon) on Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day for in stock items whilst any orders placed after 12:00 noon will be delivered on the next available delivery day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. In the event items are not in stock we will email or call to advise you when the items will be dispatched. Most items are being sent to its destinations on the next delivery day, or within 1 to 3 working days by 12:00pm to 5:00pm provided they are within the delivery network. Currently all of AFTL products offered in this website are to be sold and delivered within MALAYSIA ONLY. Most products are mostly free of any additional shipping fee, unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.

All items delivered and sold via AFTL.MY are on a NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE basis. However, if the order is not yet being dispatched from our office, customer may still cancel the order and a 10% administration fee will be applied to the refund.

If in some cases a customer paid for a wrong package, for example customer from East Malaysia paid for a package offered for West Malaysia, AFTL will not process the order until the customer re-order and pay for the right amount of the purchase. Should the customer choose to cancel the order instead, the same refund rule applied; a 10% administration fee will be charged.

We will happily accept the return of any stock or product which is damaged, defective or tampered with upon receipt. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent back to us.

5.a. Faulty or defective item: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is faulty, we will happily replace them for you. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery, along with the a copy AFTL Sales Invoice and a letter outlining the problem. We will then provide a replacement of the same item(s) within 5 working days.

5.b. Change of mind: Return and Refund is not possible if you change your mind about the goods.

5.c. Sale goods: Sale goods are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty. Only unused products can be replaced. Return postage will be paid by customer.

5.d. Shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable.

5.e. No returns/exchange are offered after 14 days of delivery.

5.f. A copy of the original AFTL Sales Invoice must be included as proof of purchase for returned item(s) replacement.

5.g. AFTL reserves the right to refuse returns or replacements of any items, if any of the above Return & Replacement Policy guidelines are not met.

 

6. Legal Disclaimer

6.a. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

6.b. Please note, in all instances AFTL Technology Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.

6.c. We advise all our customers to review this Privacy & Return Policy page frequently as this Policy may be amended by us at any time without specific notice to you. The latest Policy will be posted on this site and you should review this Policy prior to using this site.
